Consequently, to ensure the safety of all participants, we have decided to postpone the event until January 17, 2026. We acknowledge the disappointment this may cause; however, maintaining the safety of our riders, support personnel, and guests remains our highest priority. Your registration will be automatically extended until January, and no additional action is necessary on your part. We will contact you as the rescheduled date draws near. Furthermore, if this has affected a hotel reservation, it is advisable to contact the hotel directly to request a postponement of your stay until January 16, 2026. This approach may prevent the reservation from being regarded as a cancellation. Additionally, if reservations were made at the Hartsville Fairfield Inn, the establishment has been notified, and they will proceed to cancel your reservation and process a refund.
